Weaver, a trusted manufacturer of a wide range of leather and nylon goods, was founded in 1973 as the Fryburg Shoe Shop by Harry A. Weaver. From humble beginnings, the company has grown into a driving force across various industries, including equine, livestock, leather supply, pet, arborist, tool gear, and custom manufacturing.

In the beginning, Harry concentrated on shoe repair, but soon recognized the potential to expand into other markets. The fledgling company began handcrafting leather horse and cattle halters, and the popularity of these halters led to the manufacture of more and more items.

Weaver's products are designed to provide an efficient and gentle grooming experience. The comb features shorter teeth that fluff the longer top hair and wool, while the gentle yet effective design ensures that it won't pull out hair or wool when used correctly.

The comb head is 6" wide, making it perfect for grooming goats and sheep. As the first step in the fitting process, the comb pulls up, separates, and defines hair and wool, preparing the animal for the next stage of grooming.
